| Giuseppe Moscatello was born in Botrugno (Lecce) in the Apuglia region, South of Italy, 1979.
In 2003, he received a Bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. During his studies, he participated in some collective art exhibitions including ‘’Galleria comunale d’ arte contemporanea di Ciampino’’ (2001), ‘’Centro Internazionale d’Arte Contemporanea Castello Colonna di Genazzano’’ (2002), ‘’CARE OF’’ Milano (2003), ‘’Palazzo di Pietra Roma’’ (2003). In 2006, he made his first solo exibition in ‘’Museo Laboratorio di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea della Sapienza’’ in Rome. Shortly has followed his second solo exhibition in ‘’Spaziosenzatitolo Gallery’’ Rome . From 2005 to 2007, he worked very closely with the ‘maestro’, well renowned artist and professor Fabio Mauri, to realizing several big project, videoclips and documentaries about artists, magazines, and rock bands. In March 2009, Moscatello participated at the 9th Sharjah Biennial. At the moment he’s working between UAE and Italy. |
